        Ralph Phipps will be 100 years old on February 28, 2010.&lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt;&lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt; At 99, he still volunteers for Central Texas Medical Center on a weekly basis along side his “girlfriends.”  &lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt;&lt;br class="zc-v4-fix" /&gt; Since 1980, he’s enjoyed over 10,000 hours in the company of female and male volunteers at the hospital’s information desk.
