Jack Carlisle Bagley
Jack Carlisle Bagley of Kingsbury, loving father, grandfather and brother, passed away on July 14, 2014, at the age of 71. He was born Aug. 25, 1942, to Charlie Carlisle and Louise (Noe) Bagley in Luling.
A college graduate, Jack owned and operated Austin Fence Company, and worked in the industry for 20 years. He was a member of the Prairie Lea United Methodist Church, loved the outdoors; and was a keen salt and fresh water fisherman.
His parents and his sister Charlene Bagley preceded him in death.
Jack is survived by two sons, Dustin Bagley of Phoenix, Ariz. and Kristofer Bagley and wife Misty of Georgetown; daughter, Sheryl Lynn Payne and husband, John of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother, Donny Bagley and wife Connie of San Marcos; and seven grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at Pennington Funeral Home, 6 to 7:30 p.m. today. A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 18, at the Prairie Lea First United Methodist Church. Interment at the San Marcos City Cemetery and a Pot Luck Reception to follow at Jack’s.
