MTC Student of the Year

— Management & Training Corporation, contractor of the Gary Job Corps Center, selected Alexis Niyonkuru as the Student of the Year from the 26 Job Corps Centers MTC operates around the country. Niyonkuru has been a student since February 2008, coming from his native country of Tanzania. He learned to speak English, completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program and is currently enrolled in the Transportation Communi-cations International Union.
