The San Marcos Lions Club hosted exchange students from the Julien C. Hyer program for tubing on the river and lunch at City Park. Thirty-one students visited from Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovania, Poland, Brazil, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Norway, Turkey, Guadeloupe, Finland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and England.
