Mayor Susan Narvaiz presents William C “Bill” Pennington, owner and president of Pennington Memorial Corporation, with an Outstanding Achievement Award after he was named Funeral Director of the Year by the Texas Funeral Directors Association. He joined Pennington Funeral Home, founded in 1897, in 1961.
