San Marcos Animal Services, Pet Prevent A Litter (PALS) and the San Marcos Mutt Strutt will sponsor “Spay Day” on Feb. 22 at the San Marcos Animal Shelter to aid residents with low cost spaying and neutering of their cats and dogs.
