The Phoenix Learning Center had 23 graduates who were recognized in a ceremony at San Marcos High School. Families and friends gathered to see the students who earned their diplomas, some of them a year or more ahead of schedule. San Marcos CISD Assistant Superintendent Mike Abild presented the dilpomas on behalf of the school district with school board members Margie Villalpando and Jesse Ponce in attendance.
