Alfredo R. Santos, editor and publisher of LA VOZ de AUSTIN, was the guest speaker during the November Gary Job Corps graduation ceremony. Santos was a student at the Kingman Job Corps Center in Kingman, Ariz. in 1969. He shared with the students the need to set goals and follow their dreams.
