Salvation Army kettle is calling

Walgreens Assistant Manager Taurus Monroe extends an invitation to Mayor Susan Narvaiz and the Salvation Army to place a donation kettle at the store entrance on Hopkins Street. Earlier Thursday, Father Bruce Wilson blessed Salvation Army kettles before they were sent to various locations in the city. Kettle donations account for the majority of funding for the San Marcos Salvation Army for the entire year. Local Salvation Army Director is Delores Crittendon,
