County eyes comprehensive road plan

They saved some money, now they’re going to spend it.
Hays County Commissioners on Tuesday, after discussing how they saved approximately $35 million on road bond projects due partly to weather and the national economy, heard from a consultant how nine road projects in the county could make use of those funds.
