Free spay-neuter services on Wednesday

City of San Marcos Animal Services and Emancipet will offer free spay-neutering services for the pets of San Marcos residents from 8-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter, 750 River Road.

City of San Marcos Animal Services and Emancipet will offer free spay-neutering services for the pets of San Marcos residents from 8-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter, 750 River Road. Space is limited. Appointments for both cats and dogs will be accepted for the Spay Day clinic. Clients will receive free spaying or neutering for up to five pets. The adoption center at the shelter is open Monday and Tuesday and Thursday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information and hours of operation, visit www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions or call 805-2650.
