Richard and Lois Beck were married Sept. 3, 1950. They have been married 60 years.
They spent 25 of their married years in Ottumwa, Iowa. They moved to Texas City in 1975. However in 1988 they came to San Marcos and have made it their home.
Richard and Lois have six children: Jean and Keith Stewart of Blanco; Mark and Pam Beck of San Marcos; Danny and Debbie Beck of San Marcos; Rachel and Mike Hartman of Seguin; Jubal and Carol Beck of Centerville, Iowa; and Becky and Troy Simon of Winfield, Kan. They enjoy 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Richard and Lois have many dear friends in the San Marcos Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. They appreciate the kindness and love their friends have extended to them.
