San Marcos Girl Scout Troop 1309 celebrated Juliet Lowe’s birthday with a rededication ceremony and talent show at the San Marcos VFW recently. Sarah Mock, above, receives the Program Aide pin and badge from her Cadette Leader Holly Jo West. Sarah completed many hours of community service for the award.
