Sometimes I look in the fridge and can’t find complete ingredients for any of my recipes. I want to make spaghetti, but I don’t have spaghetti sauce. I want to make fajitas, but I don’t have chicken to grill. What do I do? I make Italian Sausage Fajitas!
I was a bit skeptical when my boyfriend and soux chef, Steven suggested Italian sausage with fajitas, but once we started cooking, I was positive we’d make a very good decision. The sweet tang of the bell peppers and onions went perfectly with the saltiness of sausage and parmesan, and what better to put it on than a tortilla?
