It’s almost that time of year again. Green chile season. In an effort to make room in the freezer for our new load of green chile in a couple months, Steven and I have been putting last season’s green chile to good use.
Keep in mind that green chile can go on pretty much anything. Burgers, pizza, enchiladas, spaghetti, tacos, omelets, you name it. But chicken and green chile is a classic pairing that has a place in every New Mexican’s heart, that reminds us of home.
