Ingredients:
4 Veal cutlets, 4 oz. each**
2 eggs
2-3 TBS evaporated milk
2 cups bread crumbs
3 lemons
1/4 cup white wine (or substitute chicken broth)
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS butter
salt/pepper to taste
