Candice's Kitchen Presents: Summer grilling

By CANDICE BRUSUELAS

Features Editor Steven and I recently got a grill. It’s a fold-up camping grill to take on our future ventures out into nature. We planned on camping this past weekend, but after seeing the weather report, we decided against it, and instead used our grill at home. I am thankful we did so, because our grilling “project” turned out to be bigger than planned. Let’s just say the eggplant didn’t cook so well and it took much longer than usual to get from pan to plate.
