The Hays County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals during their July meeting.

• Robert Elder Gautier, 29, of 245 Spring Branch Drive, Kyle: Abandoning a child, three counts, occurred April 23, second degree felony.

• Natascha Elizabeth Corke, 26, of 1506 IH-35 South, Apt. 422: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred Dec. 11, 2008, second degree felony.

• James Moore, 37, of 505 N. Canyonwood Drive, Dripping Springs: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred May 6, second degree felony; hinder secured creditors $1,500 to $20,000, occurred May 6, third degree felony.

• Pablo Mendoza Jr., 46, of 1129 Hunter Road #58: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred April 13, second degree felony.

Grand jury indictments are not findings of guilt. Rather, they reflect the opinion of jurors that there is sufficient evidence in each case to warrant trial.
