Hays County July indictments

San Marcos — The Hays County Grand Jury indicted 63 individuals at their July meeting. Those named, and the charges against them, are as follows:

• Mohmad Ares Affaneh, 19, of 2511 Cedar Ridge, San Antonio: Credit card abuse, occurred June 3.

• Tomomi Kiyuna, 32, of 1521 Brandi Circle, Kyle: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred May 29.

• Carlos Ruiz Jr., 23, of 1416 Wonder World Drive: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred June 11.

• Patrick Euresti, 25, of 1511 Franklin Street: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault/family violence repeat offender, occurred May 3.

• Pascal Duke England, 25, of 800 N. LBJ Drive: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence, occurred June 3.

• Samuel Leslie Harper, 63, of 134 Harper Village Road, Buda: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence, occurred April 19.

• Jarrett Aaron McGill, 30, of 1111 Vista Valet, San Antonio: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence, occurred Feb. 17.

Grand jury indictments are not findings of guilt but reflect the opinion of jurors that there is sufficient evidence in each case to warrant trial.
