The Hays County Grand Jury indicted 63 individuals at their July meeting. Those named, and the charges against them, are as follows:

• Tomomi Kiyuna, 32, of 1521 Brandi Circle, Kyle: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred May 29.
• Carlos Ruiz Jr., 23, of 1416 Wonder World Drive: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, occurred June 11.
• Patrick Euresti, 25, of 1511 Franklin Street: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault/family violence repeat offender, occurred May 3.

Grand jury indictments are not findings of guilt but reflect the opinion of jurors that there is sufficient evidence in each case to warrant trial.
