Crime Stoppers Crime of the Week

Hays County Crime Stoppers is assisting the San Marcos Police Department in solving the following burglary from San Marcos/Hays County EMS.
Between the hours of 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3 and 8:45 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4., unknown persons broke into the San Marcos EMS Training Center.
The center is located at 350 Barnes Drive in San Marcos, behind Thermon Manufacturing, south of Wonder World Drive. 
The suspects apparently first attempted to gain entry through the front door, causing substantial damage to the door, but were unsuccessful. 
They then went to the back door where they were able to gain entry into the building.  The rear bay door was also damaged from another attempted but unsuccessful entry.
The unknown tools the suspects were using to gain entry into the building caused substantial damage to all the doors where entry was either attempted or made.
Once inside the building, the offenders stole the following items:
• Three E-Machine Computers,
• One Dell Server,
• Three Dell Projectors,
• One HP Printer,
• One 17-inch Flat Screen Monitor,
• Three Dell Hard Drives,
• One HP Laptop Computer,
• One EMS Suction Unit,
• One Randolph-Brooks Credit Union check book with blank checks and a small amount of cash. 
San Marcos Police Investigators have no leads in this case and need the public’s help to identify the suspects and recover the stolen items.
