The San Marcos City Clerk’s office, 630 E. Hopkins, will be open Saturday, Aug. 7 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon to process passport applications.
Applicants wishing to obtain a passport should bring the following: certified birth certificate, naturalization or previous passport, two passport photos and a valid photo I.D.
