The Hill Country FOP Lodge #23 and the Hays County Law Enforcement Association will host a joint candidate forum at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7.
The forum will take place at the First Christian Church, 3105 Ranch Road 12, just west of San Marcos.
The candidates running for the following offices will be presenting their platforms and answering questions pertaining to their respective offices:
• Hays County Judge
• Hays County Sheriff,
• County Commissioner for Precinct 2
• County Commissioner for Precinct 4
• Judge for County Court at Law, Place 1
• Judge for 428th District Court
The public is invited to attend the forum to hear the candidates present their respective platforms and answer a series of questions prepared by the members of the FOP and HCLEA.
