San Marcos — Susan Nicole Mutschlechner and Omar Mustafa Aldmour were united in marriage on March 20, 2010 at Crystal River Inn in San Marcos. Justice of the Peace Becky Sierra officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Annalisa and Jack Mutschlechner and the granddaughter of Rita and Edwin Mutschlechner of San Marcos and the late Helen and Tony Willmann of San Antonio.

The groom is the son of Tamam and Mustafa Aldmour of Amman, Jordan.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a lace A-line gown with beaded bodice and chapel train and carried a bridal bouquet of white calla lilies.

The bride’s attendants wore burgundy tea length dresses. Maid of honor was Olivia Sandoval. Bridesmaids were Adrienne Pina and Angela Chagolla, both of San Marcos. Flower girl was Sara Aldmour, cousin of the groom, from San Antonio.

Sam Alyabis, friend of the groom, served as best man. Brian Mutschlechner and Kevin Mutschlechner, both brothers of the bride, served as groomsmen. Mason Mutschlechner, nephew of the bride from Tampa, Fla., served as ring bearer.

Videographer for the evening was Eric Mutschlechner, brother of the bride, from Tampa, Fla. Photographer was Chris Davis.

Music during the ceremony was provided by Sarinda String Quartet from San Marcos. Henry Finch played the piano during the reception while guests dined on a Mediterranean buffet provided by Sam Aldmour, uncle of the groom and owner of Cedars Mediterranean Cafe.

Tables were decorated with centerpieces of burgundy organza with white hydrangeas and calla lilies. Flowers were provided by Flowerland. The evening before the wedding the bride’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Palmer’s restaurant in San Marcos.

The bride’s cake was 3-tier with raspberry filling and butter cream icing. White and maroon calla lilies decorated the cake. The groom’s cake was German chocolate with chocolate butter cream icing decorated with a blue and gold eagle representing the Jordanian National Soccer team the groom used to play for.

Members of the house party were Summer Mutschlechner, sister-in-law of the bride from Tampa, Fla., Melissa Glaeser, cousin of the bride from Sunnyvale, Calif., Belinda Mendoza, Gloria Mutschlechner, both aunts of the bride, and Sara Mutschlechner, cousin of the bride, from San Marcos.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of San Marcos High School, has attended Texas State University and has plans to continue a degree in international studies. The groom has a degree in business accounting from the University of Jordan and has been working on his masters degree at Texas State University.

Both are currently employed at Cedars Mediterranean Cafe. The couple resides in San Marcos.
