Mr. and Mrs. John McBride of San Marcos, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Leigh McBride, to Craig Edward Stoughton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Miller of Wernersville, Penn.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of San Marcos High School, and a 1997 graduate of Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas, where she received degrees in both Math and Kinesiology. She is employed by San Marcos High School as a math teacher and coach (volleyball and softball). The groom is a 1990 graduate of Wilson High School, of West Lawn, Pennsylvania, and a 1994 graduate of Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania, where he received a degree in Forest Science. He is employed by Austin Energy as a Forester.
The wedding will take place on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Texas Old Town in Kyle.
