Lucy Eureste

San Marcos — Lucy Eureste, resident of San Marcos, was called to her eternal rest and released from her earthly bonds to be with our Father in Heaven on Feb. 1, 2010 at the age of 54.

Born Sept. 3, 1955 in San Marcos, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, she is preceded in death by her husband  Ezequiel Z. Espinoza, parents Rosendo and Margarita Eureste, and sister Veronica E. Ybarra

A true love of her family and friends, Lucy will be dearly missed, but not forgotten in our hearts.

Survivors are son Dominic Eureste and Maria Rivera of New Braunfels, daughter Julia Longoria and husband Jose Hernandez of San Marcos, brothers Benjamin Eureste and Thomas Eureste, both of Austin and Jerome Eureste of Houston, sisters Rosalinda De La Rosa and husband John of San Marcos, Leticia Avila and husband Charles of Austin and grandchildren Jose Jr, Josette and Hayden Hernandez, Kane Carlos Eureste and Kyli Rae Rivera,                                  numerous nieces and nephews

Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 4 from 2 to 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos.  Recitation of Rosary will be Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral  Chapel. Mass of a Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Los Angeles Funeral Chapel in San Marcos.

Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date.

Serving as pallbearers are immediate family members.
