Andrew Gonzales, resident of Maxwell, was called to his eternal rest and escorted by the angels to be with our Father in Heaven on March 12, 2010 at the age of 51. Born March 13, 1958, in Maxwell, a beloved father, brother, and uncle, he is preceded in death by his parents Andres Sr. and Senovia Gonzales.
Survivors are son Kevin Brandon Gonzales of San Marcos; daughter Yvonne Marie Gonzales of San Marcos; brothers Gilbert, Angel, Anastacio, Enrique, Isidro, Juan and Jimmy; sisters Lupe, Amparo, Virginia, Sylvia, Gloria, Irene and Yolanda; ex-wife Elizabeth Gonzales; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 17, from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos. Recitation of Rosary will be Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Martindale. Rev. Father Victor Mayorga will officiate. Interment will follow in Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale.
Serving as pallbearers are Gilbert, Angel, Anastacio, Enrique, Isidro, Juan, Jimmy and Raymond Gonzales.
