Narciso D. Flores

— Narciso D. Flores, resident of Maxwell, was called to his eternal rest and released from his earthly bonds to be with our Father in Heaven on March 12, 2010 at a young age of 56.

Born Aug. 15, 1953, in Kyle a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother  and uncle, he is preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Elisa Flores, brothers Domingo and Madaleno Flores and sister Benita Flores.  A true love of his family and friends, Narciso will be dearly missed, but not forgotten in our hearts.

Survivors are his wife of 37 years Yolanda D. Flores of Maxwell; sons Angelo Flores and wife Dana of Buda, Raymond Flores and wife Mercedes of Chicago, IL., Felix Flores of Maxwell, Roy Flores of Maxwell, Manuel Flores and wife Jessica of Austin; daughter Mary Flores and Raymond Gomez of San Marcos; brothers Juan Flores of Kyle and Sylvester Flores of San Marcos; sister Margarita Flores of San Marcos; 16 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 14 from 2:30 to 7 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home in San Marcos.  Recitation of Rosary will be Sunday at 7 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Chapel.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday morning at 10 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in San Marcos. Rev. Father Larry Stehling will officiate.  Interment will follow in San Vicente Cemetery in Kyle.

Serving as pallbearers are Angelo, Ramon, Manuel, John and Gilbert Flores and Raymond Gomez.

Honorary pallbearer is Michael Hiracheta.
