Kiana Marie Rohlack Lock

Kiana Marie Rohlack Lock, originally of San Marcos and most recently of Gainesville, beloved and cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, teacher, coach and friend, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2009, in Dallas at the age of 44. She was born Sept. 9, 1964, in San Marcos to Edvin and Mamie Rohlack.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Lock, and children, Lauren, Landon, and Laci Lock, of Gainesville; parents, Edvin and Mamie Rohlack; siblings, Kristopher and Lianet Rohlack, Karlton Rohlack, and Korey Rohlack; and sister, brother, and nephew through marriage, Melody, Vincent, and Joshua Kapchinski.

She was preceded in passing by her grandparents, and brother, Hugh Rohlack.

Additionally remembering her are the many, many friends she accumulated through the years, touching lives as a coach's wife, school friend, volleyball player, singer, tutor and nanny abroad, teacher, volleyball coach, cheerleading coach, lunch buddy, crafter and many more.

Family will receive friends at Pennington Funeral Home today from 5 to 7 p.m.

Celebration of Life services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24 at Hill Country Church in San Marcos. Graveside services will follow on Wednesday, June 24, at 6 p.m. in the Corinth Cemetery in Kennard near Crockett.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Pennington Funeral Home, 323 N. Comanche, San Marcos, Texas 353-4311.
