Rhonda Marie Kinney

Rhonda Marie Kinney, 43, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend, passed away Oct. 29, 2009 in Austin.

She served in the Marine Corps and was a Desert Storm veteran.

She loved her husband, daughters, sisters, friends and dog more than anything in the world. She was an incredible mother and friend.

Rhonda was very considerate and it brought joy to her heart when she helped others. She was a passionate cook, and was notorious for her cranberry sauce. She was an avid shopper and loved spending the day with her daughters and friends searching for the latest deals. Rhonda loved to discover new places and be involved with her community. She would go to the ends of the earth just to make her family and friends happy. Her bright smile, blue eyes and sense of humor will be terribly missed. You’ve left behind countless memories that we will cherish forever. We love you and we will see you again.

Funeral services will be at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at Promiseland, 1650 Lime Kiln Rd., San Marcos, with a two hour visitation preceding the service. Pastor Robin Steele will officiate.

Burial with full military honors will be in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, HI.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Thomason Funeral Home, San Marcos, 396-2300.
