The 117 teams expected to line up in Spring Lake tomorrow for the start of the 51st Texas Water Safari will find conditions much like last year during their attempt to paddle 260 miles down the San Marcos and Guadalupe rivers and across San Antonio Bay to the finish line in Seadrift.
