Four San Marcos athletes qualify for TAAF Games

On Tuesday, July 8th, four local athletes represented San Marcos at the TAAF Region 3 Track meet and qualified for the TAAF Games of Texas (State Meet) taking place in San Antonio next weekend, July 24-27th. Nicole Pettigrew won the 50m and finished second on the 100m and 200m in the 8U division. Luis Hernandez finished second in the 100m and 200m in the 10U division. Isaiah Ridge finished second in the 10U Shot Put. Phoenix Medina finished first in the 12u Shot Put. These four athletes will be representing San Marcos at the TAAF Games of Texas, State Track Meet in San Antonio on July 24-27.
