David Smalling is a 2018 Republican candidate seeking re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives for the state of Texas to represent the 35th Congressional District of Texas. Smalling resides in Dallas, and has been an Inspector for Cleveland Integrity Services since 2014. He is also and I & E Inspector with STS Consulting as well as a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National Rifle Association.
