Will Conley

Will Conley is a Republican candidate currently seeking election for the position of County Judge. Conley iis a resident of Wimberley, and was first elected to Hays County Commissioner in 2004 and is currently serving for his third term in that position. He is the owner and president of Conley Enterprises, which he started in 2001. Conley has served in many political, regional and civic capacities including: (1) a gubernatorial appointment as Commissioner of the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission, (2) Chair of the Capitol Area Council of Governments, (3) Chair of the Capitol Area Regional Transportation Planning Organization (2012-2013), (4) 2nd term as Chairman of the Capitol Area Metropolitan Planning Organization; (5) past Chair of the Economic Development Board for the Greater San Marcos Partnership, (6) serves on the Region L water planning group, (7) board member of  the Hays County Food Bank, (8) San Marcos Main Street Association, (9) Crime Stoppers, (10) Texas State University River Center Master Planning Committee, (11) member of the National Federation of Independent Business, (12) member of the San Marcos and Wimberley Chambers of Commerce, (13) Texas State University Alumni Association, (13) Rotary Club, (14) Lion’s Club, (15) and the National Rifle Association.
