With Earth Day again coming up this week, let’s talk a little more about it. Going back to last year, it should be noted on that previous Earth Day, over 8.5 million people joined an Earth Day Live livestream and over 100 million people took action for the planet with volunteerism, civic action, teach-ins, and more. Gluten-free diets are a necessity for people who have Celiac’s Disease, a condition that causes an immune reaction in the small intestine from eating gluten. This reaction causes damage to the small intestines that can lead to pain and other symptoms.
