Texas State’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” Feb. 8-13 in the Patti Strickel Harrison Theatre.
“My journey” for the next two weeks is written by Bill Oxley, a guest columnist. He gave his testimony recently with a group of pilgrims at a Walk to Emmaus weekend and has agreed to share his presentation on “Changing Our World.”
In January 2015, a handful of people in San Marcos learned of a nationwide program called GriefShare, a support group for those who have lost a spouse, a child or a friend. As they personally understood the mental and physical trauma of losing a loved one, whether it was anticipated or a complete surprise, the group decided they would welcome the opportunity to begin the program in San Marcos.
