Taking bike-sharing for a spin

Too much traffic and too few parking spaces should no longer present the problems they once did in San Marcos — not if you’re willing to put forth a little muscle power.

The speed limit on Hunter Road has been reduced from 40 mph to 30 mph between Jack’s Roadhouse and Wonder World Drive. The new signs were installed on Sept. 5.
