Jason Dixon, former president of the Rotary Club of San Marcos, received the “Rotary Hidden Hero Award” recently from Rotary District Governor Dr. Cathy Hubbard. Hubbard praised Dixon for having done an excellent job as president and for having taken it on in spite of his busy professional and family life. She pointed out that when recognized by the club at the end of his term, he gave credit to his wife for having made it all possible. The club meets at noon every Wednesday at Dick’s Classic Car Museum. Daily Record photo by Lance Winter
