Board policy review on tap for SMCISD board Monday

The San Marcos CISD board of trustees will hold a special called meeting Monday night. Part of the meeting will be agenda preparation for the board’s regular meeting, scheduled for Nov. 12, and part of the meeting will entail a board policy review and training with the Texas Association of School Boards.
However, the meeting will also include a resolution in support of a State of Texas Criminal Justice Division Grant Award for truancy prevention case managers. The board will also receive a presentation on rezoning.
The board will meet at 5 p.m. Monday in the Criminal Justice Classroom at San Marcos High School.
