Litter Critter

You wouldn’t want to see this coming at you in the San Marcos River — but in a way, you might have already. Nick Menchaca, of Atlas Environmental, created it out of trash picked up from the litter he finds on his ongoing mission to eridicate “suckermouth” catfish and other invasive species from the river.
