Heavy machinery was at work on CM Allen Parkway Thursday morning as a flagger directed traffic through the scene. The work was part of the city’s reclaimed water project, and was expected to be complete ahead of the weekend crowds flocking to the San Marcos River. Daily Record photo by Anita Miller
