Thankful Turkeys

Travis Elementary Kindergarten students put on a Thanksgiving program Nov. 16 for parents and teachers. Students wore handcrafted costumes made of construction paper, paint and even some pasta jewelry while singing and dancing. Music teacher Aaron Mata lead them in lively renditions of “Five Fat Turkeys” and “If You’re Thankful and You Know It Clap Your Hands” as well as a “Turkey Tango.” Daily Record photos by Rachel Willis
