Gary Job Corps Representatives Patty Lankford, center director, and Randolph Goodman, business community liaison, present a donation of $1,000 to the city of Kyle for “Make a Wish” recipient Ash Crain’s “Ash Pavilion” roller hockey rink. Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors and supporters advance the Make-a-Wish vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. In the United States and its territories, on  average, a wish is granted every 34 minutes. Pictured Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell, City Manager Scott Sellers, Parks and Recreation Kerry Urbanowicz, Make a Wish Coordinator Jill Skinner and recipients Ash Crain, his mother Lisa Crain and Randolph Goodman of Gary Job Corps.
