Belver to address women’s caucus Tuesday

The Hays County Women’s Political Caucus will host Carole Belver, executive director of Community Action of Central, as guest speaker on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
The meeting and presentation will be at 5:30 p.m. at Centro Cultural Hispano de San Marcos, 211 Lee Street.
Community Action of Central Texas provides services to the poorest residents, with a mission to move families out of poverty and to ensure their children’s success in school. It develops opportunities for people and communities to realize their potential by providing resources and comprehensive services to empower Central Texans of all ages to become self-sufficient. The public is invited.
