Wrong Turn

The homeowner was fast asleep when it hit, and at first, she thought someone was trying to break into her house.

Instead, what she heard was the intrusion of a car into her garage.

The crash also took out one homeowner’s fence.

Police said there were two people in the car and neither was hurt.

Prior to hitting the house, the car also took out a stop sign and a street sign, Sgt. Fred Wisener of the SMPD said. The driver was cited for unsafe speed.
