Corridor Title adds Brittany Morrison to its team

AUSTIN, Texas – February 20, 2018 – Locally owned Corridor Title has hired industry veteran Brittany Morrison as its Austin-based commercial account executive for Development. The company says her arrival is a significant, next step in its growing service to the Austin commercial market.

Morrison brings with her a deep commitment to the Austin commercial real estate industry, substantive escrow experience, proven relationships with clients and partners, and a philanthropic role in the Central Texas community that is sincere and longterm in view.

Corridor Title has grown significantly in service to a sophisticated commercial clientele in the Austin region, and its efforts and commitment to excellence have been met with great favor among its growing client base. Morrison’s hire signals a new and noteworthy chapter regarding the company’s service to the commercial market, as it builds on its regional roots to now include a focus on Austin proper.

“Our people and our culture are what set us apart; Brittany is a perfect fit,” said Corridor Title President Patrick Rose. “Her intellect, sincerity and work ethic will help grow our Austin Commercial Division for years to come. We are here to stay and grow. Simply put, Corridor Title is built to last, and Brittany is a material part of delivering on that commitment.”

Morrison is an Austin native and graduate of Texas A&M University. For the past several years, she has worked for respected companies in the title industry, and has done so on both the development and escrow sides of the business. Her understanding of Austin’s real estate economy and her attention to client service separate Morrison from industry peers, and were particularly compelling to Corridor Title.

“I am so excited about my new role with Corridor Title. The company’s commitment to the community and the premium it places on client service truly set it apart,” said Morrison. “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a professional, engaged and informed team.”

Morrison’s position is the first hire for Corridor Title in its Austin Commercial Division; she will be working directly with Kim Fernea, Corridor Title’s senior vice president for Regional Development. And, effective immediately, the company will begin its recruitment of commercial escrow staff that will bolster its current commercial escrow division to include professionals officed in downtown Austin.

“For seven-plus years, our team has done things the right way – thoughtful, deliberate and with the end game in mind. We offer unparalleled service, and we will always deliver for our clients,” Fernea said. “Our executive team has developed a plan for the company that is long-term in view, committed to our values, and compelling as an alternative to the trends in our industry. Brittany’s remarkable professional and civic accomplishments speak for themselves, and make her the perfect catalyst to help launch our Austin Commercial Division.”
