Float Fest permit denied

The Guadalupe County Commissioners Court has denied a permit to promotor Marcus Federman for Float Fest 2019
The vote was 3-2 in favor of denying the permit.
Commissioners also denied the permit last year; however a new vote to allow the permit was taken after Federman threatened a lawsuit.
