The Gary Job Corps Center’s HOPE Group (Helping Other People Excel) volunteered its time at the Hays County Food Bank helping stock and load food into vans. It also helped distribute food at the South Side Community Center, which is a distribution site for the food bank. one out of seven Hays County residents are food insecure.
