Shots fired in Sunset Acres neighborhood Tuesday morning

The San Marcos Police Department responded to an aggravated assault call Tuesday morning where multiple gun shots were fired toward a home and vehicle in the Sunset Acres neighborhood. Officials said that no injuries occurred at the incident in the 500 block of Lockwood Street, east of Interstate 35. No suspects had been identified at press time.
