Thunderstorms bring San Marcos much-needed rain

Thunderstorms rolled into San Marcos bringing with it downpours of much-needed rain. Strong winds gusting up to 60 mph accompanied Monday’s storms, according to the National Weather Service. San Marcos saw approximately 1.5-2 inches of rain, NWS said.
