Tuesday marked a solemn moment as police officers, family, friends and guests filled the rotunda of the Hays County Government Center for the annual Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Ceremony.

The San Marcos and Hays County communities turned out Saturday for Cinco on the 7th, a belated Cinco de Mayo celebration on Hays County Historic Courthouse lawn.
